01 4月 Hay fever
Spring in Japan, you see many Japanese people who wear masks.
Actually they don’t have a cold but hay fever.
One in four Japanese suffers from hay fever, now it is said that “national disease”.
This disease is generally due to cedar pollen and Japanese cypress.
Both of them are primeval forest in Japan, so it is not familiar to the people from oversea.
If your nose and eyes fell itchy…..
1 buy some medicine, eye drops and mask in the pharmacy (also yogurts and blueberry are good for hay fever).
2 dust hays from your wear when you come back to the hotel.
3 keep your room humidify.
Of course, we have some humidifier, please fell free to ask us!
